Effective management of the processes in the area of Customer Data Management (incl. KYC, Reference Data Management etc.) and ensure deliveries on time and quality. Delivery/People Management (60-80 members, Resource planning, etc Requirements:
MBA (Pref. from Tier I/II institutes) with 14+ yrs of experience in Banking & Financial Services with relevant experience in KPO industry.Should have handled delivery of KPO offerings & managed teams, especially in the area of Reference Data, KYC etc Location: Bangalore
