They are urgently looking for Assistant Design Manager (Distribution Transformers : Electrical)
Qualification & Experience:
Electrical Engineer , with Minimum 8 + years Electrical design experience of Distribution transformer , up to 2500 KVA, 33KV voltage class.
Desired Profile:
· Electrical detailed design of Distribution Transformers, Design optimisation, BOQ generation, Knowledge & implementation of CAD tools for Distribution Transformer design ..
· Involvement in new product development / design improvements.
· Material purchase specifications & quality assurance systems related to transformers in order to meet customers technical requirements & quality expectations.
· A self-starter & able to work under minimum supervision.
· Able to organize & coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner.
· Tender Design, Cost Estimates, Final Design, Timely completion of the project
· To conduct study & analysis of transformer electrical & mechanical design failure.
· Experience & knowledge in transformer diagnostic tools & life assessment, transformer failure investigation & analysis & Finite Element Analysis Software for short circuit reactance, losses calculation will be preferred
· Knowledge of simulation & modelling will be preferred
· Experience & knowledge in Heat Transfer Analysis & Wave/Impulse Transient Program. will be preferred
