Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for production of Inductor Magnetic Coils, Transformers and Line Filters for manufacturing of Power Products like SMPS, Adopters, Chargers etc.
2. Planning and organizing the daily production activity to meet the production targets and timely delivery as per the production plans.
3. Co- Ordinate with QC and QA in establishing quality standards as per the Design and industry norms to produce best quality output.
4. Sample preparation as per the D&D requirements for New Products, Coordinate during the Trial runs for final product approval.
5. Evolving Testing Processes, Awareness to the Supervisors / Operators, Imparting Work Techniques / Instructions and Process sheets for the new products.
6. Improving productivity, Time Study, Re-Engineering, Overall focus to evolve and exhibit high performance on optimum Utilization of Machines and Men, including production Incentive schemes.
7. Capable to handle large work force, work allocations / deployment, maintaining shop floor discipline etc.
8. Having hands on exposure in Systems Implementation of ISO, EMS and OHSAS, drive the team in obtaining the certifications.
