Job Description

Position :-Analyst-Taxation
Location-Gurgaon

Job Description:-

* Preparation of Indirect tax returns for XL entities
o Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) returns
o VAT returns
o With holding tax returns
o Other para-fiscal taxes
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearly corporate tax returns for XL entities
* Misc other projects/assignments as needed including tax research (to the extent of ability)
* Facilitate the FIC testing process - (PWC, Internal Audit)
* Proactive business partnering and advice

Other Qualities *

Good MS Excel knowledge
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* At least 1 year of experience in Taxation / completion of CA articleship.
* Organized, methodical, able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking
* Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
* Knowledge of an ERP package (particularly PeopleSoft) is preferable
