Job Description

Eligibility:

Position: Operations manager

Education qualification: graduate or MBA's

Excellent communication skills and computer skills

Experience: 8-12 yrs

Skills: . Been a Manager for the last 1 year and managed minimum of 30 FTEs
2. Experience in the Banking and Financial domain is value add
3. Knowledge of US Mortgage from the Claims standpoint
4. Good mathematical and anlytical skills
5.Good problem solving
6. Eye for detail and comprehension skills

. Must be able to adapt to assignments quickly
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
3. Ability to manage time and meet or exceed all deadlines
4. Exhibits appropriate sense of urgency in managing responsibilities
5. Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines 
6. Must be open to work any shift per business requirements

Claims:
When a mortgagor defaults on their loan Wells Fargo (WF) is still responsible for paying the taxes on the property, paying the mortgage/hazard insurance, and ensuring the property is kept in good condition.  Wells Faro is also responsible for paying the attorney to complete the foreclosure proceedings and for communicating with the attorney about the foreclosure sale.  Wells Fargo is considered to be the loan servicer while Fannie Mae (FNMA) is the investor. However, when Wells Fargo pays the property taxes or maintenance for example, WF gets reimbursed for all of these expenses through the 571 Claims Filing Process
