Job Description-:
- Implement our Needs based Selling approach (DISHA).
- Achieve direct Sales and persistency targets.
- Monitor and evaluate achievement of targets against expectations
- Interact regularly with the existing customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
- Review their financial arrangements at least once a year.
- Understand the life cycle of the customer
- Service client effectively.
- Minimize lapses.
- Undertake the required development to support achievement of objectives.
- Ensure compliance of all IRDA & Company regulations.
