Job Description
Provide support/resolutions for readily available documented solutions.
- Research issues using a variety of manuals and resources, and to work with other team members in answering any user's question.
- Test application components to reproduce issues.
- Escalation of problems/issues which needs code changes and cause analysis.
- Expected to stay abreast of current system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to end users.
Providing support to project admins in resolving issues during project configuration.
Document the resolutions for recurring problems/issues for future reference.
- Maintain XYZ issues ticket log register
- Prepare documentation for new projects configurations.
- Prepare System usage reports and on demand MIS reports

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional Certification Required if any) |
Minimum: Engineering graduation and/or above. Additional (optional): Certification of Documentum fundamentals |

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (where applicable): (Illustrative) |
1 - 2 years’ experience in IT solution support & configuration. Ability to learn and support new applications Good documentation skills. Preferable: 0 - 1 years of hands-on experience with Documentum Applications. Knowledge of BPM or similar process automation tools |
