• §  Must be a creative thinker, adaptive to new technologies and challenges with good communication skills, who can envision solutions when a problem or requirement is given. Expectation is to drive customer discussions and provide confidence to handle product development engagement<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /?> §  A strong knowledge of at least one Microsoft language (C# and Visual Basic preferred) and a high level understanding of WCF, WIF, WPF, Workflow, SSRS, SSIS, Share point Online, Windows Azure, Windows mobile 7, Cloud Computing, SQL Server, Biz Talk Server, Java, J2EE, Oracle, SAP, ERP Packages and interoperability of heterogeneous platforms. §  A strong understanding of Application Architecture, High level and Low level design, Middleware/Application Servers and Infrastructure & the ability to look at product architectural documents and identify potential issues. §  Web applications using ASP.NET, Silverlight 4.0 and in combination with various web technologies including AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript. Working Knowledge in HTML 5.0 would be advantageous. A working knowledge of COM and be able to articulate differences between CORBA, J2EE, COM and COM+. §  A working knowledge of the .NET Framework 3.5 (Razor Engine would be advantageous) and above, as well as being able to build functional sample code, and having a working knowledge of databases and data access methodologies. §  A working knowledge of different Software Lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Rapid Prototyping)   GOOD TO HAVE:
