Job Requirement:
· At least 1-3 years experience in Voice Support field.
· Should have good knowledge on Windows 2000 and Windows XP
· Sound knowledge on networking, should have worked on LAN/WAN technology
Should have an experience on Active Directory(Must)
· Should have good knowledge on windows platform, basics of Citrix
· Should have exposure working on windows platform, Active Directory, Computer Management.
· Work exposure on Citrix platform will be an added advantage.
· Should be a good team player
· Excellent communication skills. Effective English Communication skill is a must
· Preferably exposure to multi culture environment
· Flexibility to work on 24*7 shifts
