Job Description

Corporate team is responsible for ensuring that the BREWBERRYS "Service Experience" is consistently provided for all guests, quality cafe operations are maintained, cafe team is lead and empowered in a positive manner and financial contribution is maximized.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Contribution

• Contributes toward cafe profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, manage inventory and cost of goods control and labor costs

• Maintains final accountability for cafe operations, team development and financial contribution.

• Ensures proper Inventory Management at all times.

2. Team Building

• Trains and develops café team to demonstrate all BREWBERRYS guest service & operating standards.

• Encourages full participation of café team in achieving cafe goals and developing plans.

3. Cafe Operations

• Ensures all company policies, cafe standards and procedures are communicated effectively to the café team and followed in a consistent manner.

• Provides the BREWBERRYS "Service Experience" consistently for all our guests at all cafes.

• Ensures cafe appearance and equipment area maintained in a consistent manner.
