Job Description
The job holder needs to monitor Maintenance of Supermarket
stores in all aspects within given budget & norms. S/he also needs to analyze
& explore scope for cost saving, manage the store modifications, along with
Maintaining & managing assets/equipments in the Stores & DC in an
orderly fashion
Responsible for Planning and execution of Maintenance
activities
on a Pan India Basis.
Oversee & ensure proper upkeep of assets & records
Analyse cost estimate for maintenance of stores, DCs, RPCs and explore avenues for savings
Conceptualize Process/SOP for maintenance related activities for PAN India; implement & monitor performance of Circles/Zones based on it.
Monitor and report major maintenance initiatives
for operational stores.
The role requires job holder to develop and manage a maintenance
team on a Pan India basis.
Implement and monitor "Best Practises" in terms of "Maintenance".
Ensuring timely completion of maintenance related activities & maximizing equipment uptime.
Monitoring and assisting (along with his team) in timely completion of LL scope of work.
Monitoring warehousing functions along with the Projects Team on a PAN India basis & ensuring proper packing, transit handling, segregation, cataloguing, storage, of equipments
Propose low cost solutions & helping develop a team of competitive vendors
Project Planning & Implementations
Ensure timely implementation and completion of all maintenance related issues within stipulated time, costs & quality.
Ø Prepare maintenance plans and time lines and monitor progress of ongoing fit outs. To publish reports on bi-weekly basis
Monitor SOPs for maintenance team & improve upon them
Efficient co-ordination with all external business partners to ensure seamless completion of each & every projects.
