| At this level individual completely owns Test Execution for the assigned module / product area, Responsible for execution of Manual and Automated test cases. Is fully contributing member responsible for Test Execution, Test case development ( automated / manual),modifications/ enhancements, test case review , end to end support for simple applications and for reporting bugs and test bed issues. At this level individual monitors and escalates risks to lead / PM, checks for schedule adherence to all milestones and assist she lead / Test Manager in preparing final test report. Prepare trace ability matrix In addition, is capable to analyze test requirement and product specifications, analyze test tools and develop test plan. -->Mainframe(L2)-Basic concepts of testing, Test case development, Knowledge on Automationtesting, Mainframe Online testing, Domain Knowledge helps in designing andwriting the test cases -->Testing Concepts(L2)-Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, applyand maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executessoftware test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modificationof software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality andrecommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers inresolution of problems. Works on problems of relatively complex scope, throughgeneral usage of standard programming concepts and principles and applicationof own judgment. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broadsupervision/ guidance. Expected to further build upon domain knowledge andtechnical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. May guide newmembers in the team to help them scale up faster. |
