Job Description
CA/MBA-Finance with 10 to 15 yrs experience in Foam industry.
Ø Business acumen with experience in day-to-day working, to control cost, customer
relationship, independent judgement, ability to protect the Company’s interest,
to manage a staff of approx. 200 person with some expatriates, ability to grow
business, independent thinker in the interest of the Company (Not be influenced
by junior staff or outsiders) ; Good communication skill, computer literate, mobility to travel in the district and region ;
