Description of profile:
Must have 10+ years experience in working for KPO/BPO, Captives in the P&C insurance space with at least 5 years or more in the actuarial and analytics function. Must demonstrate experience in processing such as
- Price monitoring,
- Developing quarterly casualty information reports
- Product and profitability reviews
- Reserving, loss triangle development and large loss reserves
- IBNR, PFAD and Pricing model development under the guidance of senior actuary
- Statistical reports development for 3rd parties and insurance agencies
A must have quality of this lead actuarial practice consultant is to spot outliers, business measures that require further careful analysis and identifying any trends that are likely to have business impact. Work with senior actuaries in a highly flexible model and have accountability for time-sensitive projects.
Candidate must have very strong technical skills in SQL, MS Excel (Advanced) and MS Access programming. Must be capable of building and leading a team of mid-level and junior-level actuarial analysts .
