Job Description
Skills Required
• Solution design and impact analysis for
telecom service providers.
• Advanced knowledge of work flow in Telecom operations.
• Should be able to Design Workflows / Assignment / Routing rules / Smartscripts
/ Configurator Models / Pricing models
• Has comprehensive knowledge of system interfaces and integration issues.
• Has extensive knowledge in system analysis and design.
• Has some experience In gap and impact analysis for service providers
• Should have understanding of the end-to-end implementation and be able to
identify impacts on the Siebel component
• Should be able to provide the high level Siebel component design for various
user / product journeys in reference to the e2e stack
• Should have an understanding of the technology and integration mechanisms for
the interfacing
• Should have good knowledge on MNP Processes of Port-in & port- out.
• Sound Knowledge on Integration Mechanism is a must.
• Understanding Siebel 8.0.0.5 and upgrading it to 8.1.1.5 is a requirement.
• Running the Upgrade tasks / patch Upgrades and experience on running a Sanity
check in the application is needed.
• Experience on Siebel Administration is needed
Job Responsibility
• Recommends/designs structures and tools for
systems which meet business needs. Delivers technical visualization of proposed applications for approval by customer and execution by system developers.
Translates logical designs into physical designs and produces detailed design
documentation. Maps work to user specification and removes errors and
deviations from specification to achieve user-friendly processes.
• Understanding of system analysis and design
• Understanding of system interfaces and integration issues based on telecom
operation
• Knowledge of mapping business needs to software domain design elements.
• Development of both high-level and functional design documents
• Very good knowledge of BSS/ OSS space
• Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM
• Understand different aspects / modules of Siebel
• Understand the requirements and articulating it to impact analysis
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills
• Proven ability and commitment to work collaboratively toward common goals
• Possess effective planning and problem-solving skills
• Equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business
environments
• Highly motivated
